What does FutureInSites actually do?
FutureInSites is an AI strategy and engineering consultancy. We help companies and professionals move from AI experimentation to execution: assessing where you are, identifying the opportunities most likely to save time or create value, and building the strategy and systems to deploy them. The work spans personal AI agent setups, enterprise strategy and workflow deployment, and AI market intelligence, with enterprise-grade rigor sized to your business.
Who do you work with?
Three audiences. Professionals and operators who want a personal AI agent of their own, configured to their workflow and running on hardware they control. Businesses from SMB through enterprise that need readiness assessment, a prioritized roadmap, governance, and live builds. And investors, including fund partners, family offices, and corporate development teams, who need vendor diligence, thesis development, and ongoing AI market intelligence.
What is OpenClaw, and what does a personal agent setup include?
OpenClaw is an open architecture for personal AI assistants, and it's the foundation of our done-for-you agent setups. A setup includes a fully configured agent with a custom personality tuned to your workflow, native integration with tools like Telegram, Gmail, and Google Calendar, secure remote access via Tailscale, and a workflow training session so you can extend the agent yourself. You own the result outright, with no third-party SaaS dependency for the agent itself.
Do I need a Mac mini or a new computer to run OpenClaw?
No. OpenClaw runs on hardware you already own, including Windows machines, and we publish a free Windows setup guide on this site. Some clients choose dedicated hardware so their agent is always on without tying up a daily machine, and we provide sourcing guidance when that's the right fit, but a new computer is not a requirement.
Do professionals get support after their agent setup?
Yes. Every setup includes a training session so you understand how your agent works and how to extend it, plus 7 days of support for issues with the initial buildout. Ongoing support beyond that is available for a small monthly fee; contact us for details. Because the agent runs on your hardware under your control, you're never locked into us to keep it running.
How does a business engagement start?
With an assessment. Our AI Readiness Assessment on this site gives you an instant score and personalized recommendations in about ten minutes. For deeper engagements, we run a structured audit of your data, talent, culture, and existing AI investments, producing a capability heatmap and gap analysis that shows where you can move now versus what needs to be built first.
What is the AI Transformation Session?
A two-day onsite intensive that takes your leadership team from "we should do something with AI" to a prioritized roadmap. Day one covers the AI landscape: history, fundamentals, the vendor ecosystem, and frameworks for thinking about ROI, risk, and timing. Day two charts your path: readiness assessment, prioritized use case analysis, buy-versus-build evaluation, and a sequenced roadmap built on pre-researched analysis of your business.
What is Build-Operate-Transfer, and who owns what gets built?
You own everything, from day one. Build-Operate-Transfer means we set the foundation, build alongside your team while operating the system together, then transition full operational ownership as your team grows into it. You're never renting capability that disappears when the engagement ends, and there's no handoff cliff where the consultants vanish and the system stalls.
What happens after delivery?
You operate what gets built, and your team is trained alongside us as we build it. For organizations that want ongoing engineering capacity without standing up an internal AI team, Embedded AI Engineering provides a Forward Deployed Engineer working set hours each week on support, upgrades, and maintenance, keeping your stack current as the underlying tools and integrations change.
Do we need an AI strategy before building anything?
You need enough strategy to know you're building the right thing, not a six-month strategy phase before anything works. Our engagements pair the two: assessment and prioritization first, so investment flows to the use cases with the best value-to-complexity ratio, then building starts quickly. Strategy without execution is a deck on a shelf; execution without strategy is how pilots die.
Can we start with a single use case before committing to more?
Yes, and for most organizations that's the right approach. Engagements are scoped to fit, whether that's a single conversation, a productized setup, or a multi-month transformation. A focused first build proves value quickly, gives your team a working example, and makes the case for broader investment with evidence instead of projections.
How long does an engagement take?
The Readiness Assessment takes minutes; a structured readiness audit runs a few weeks. The AI Transformation Session is two days onsite, with pre-research beforehand. Build engagements are scoped in weeks, not quarters, with you trained alongside the build. Speed to first value is the design goal: weeks to a pilot rather than quarters to a recommendation.
Which AI platforms and models do you work with?
We're vendor-neutral and multi-model by design. We integrate with the major platforms, including OpenAI, Anthropic, and vertical SaaS tools, and we recommend based on fit, not partnership obligations. That stance is backed by ongoing research: we maintain a categorized AI Vendor Landscape covering 200+ companies across 14 categories, refreshed as the market moves.
How do you handle data privacy and security?
Architecture choices default to your control: personal agents run on your hardware behind your own VPN with no third-party SaaS dependency, and business builds run inside your environment and accounts rather than ours. Governance frameworks, including acceptable use policies and vendor risk evaluation, are part of strategy engagements. We also keep client materials in a private, password-protected client portal.
How do you stay current as AI changes, and how do we stay informed during an engagement?
Tracking the AI landscape is part of the practice: we maintain the AI Vendor Landscape and the AI Bolt-Ons reference, both updated as the market shifts, and publish ongoing analysis on the blog. During an engagement, clients stay current through our private client portal, where briefings, deliverables, and progress materials are posted as work happens.
